Brain signals change muscle firing,

I wanted to share something super interesting that could completely change how you manage your aches and pains.

Did you know muscles don't do anything by themselves?

Muscles only fire when the brain sends electrical signals.

Sometimes these signals get a bit overenthusiastic, causing muscles to fire earlier or more than needed.

This is often the brain's way of protecting the body, but it also indicates a problem.

Understanding this is a game-changer!

Most tight muscles are not 'short–which need stretching', they are actually just protecting.

Most muscles lacking strength are not 'weak–requiring strengthening', they are actually just inhibited.

By recognizing and addressing these issues, we can provide better solutions than the traditional methods you might be used to.

Let me tell you about one of our clients, Kate. She came to us with chronic back pain that wouldn't go away despite seeing multiple practitioners. We discovered that her brain was protecting her by sending excessive signals to her back muscles, causing them to fire unnecessarily.

By using our techniques to calm her brain's protective responses to her muscles, Sarah was able to reduce her pain and improve her mobility significantly.

Today, she's back to training in the gym and enjoying her favourite activities without the constant discomfort.

If you’re curious about how this can work for many different types of pain and injury–including Kate's story, you are welcome to see our Youngify Results After Treatment website page.

My aim is for you to understand your body better and take control of your health.
